We wanted to make you aware of some changes coming up for the 2021 Assessment collection cycle. As you may have seen, we were delayed in getting you your statement last month and we wanted to explain what will be happening going forward.

We are excited to be transferring our management software and portal system from TOPS [ONE]/ COMWEB to CINC. 

What does this mean moving forward?

  1. Annual assessment statements will be going mid-January via first class mail to all owners. For those that wish to pay electronically, new charges will be posted the same week. We are finishing the import of owner balances for owners with past due assessments. Owners will have until March 1st to pay their assessments without penalty. The mailing will also include a return envelope and information on how to register for the new owner portal for those who do not receive this.

  2. The electronic payment functionality through the COMWEB portal will be turned off on Saturday, January 15th, 2021. No more payments will be able to be made through Zego/Paylease and any automatic payments set-up will be deleted and non-functional.

  3. The COMWEB portal and TOPS [ONE] will be turned off an inaccessible beginning on January 30, 2021.

  4. You will be able to begin registration at the CINC portal immediately by going to: https://pmipremier.cincwebaxis.com/. More detailed instructions on portal registration is in the attached work instruction.

  5. We will be using Center State Bank's Lockbox to improve payment processing. Please do not send payments to PMI Premier's offices in Southlake. It may delay your payment processing. The proper mailing address will be on your statement and your return envelope. It is also detailed in the attached work instruction.
